How to beat a charged Skeleton King in Guild War?

Single heroes in guild war are often underestimatet, especially with the new war modifiers.

This time I saw failing some members at following line, a Skeleton King with full energy alone or with some other weak heroes.

War Modifier High Noon (increased attack speed for defending ranged units)


The Skeleton king casts his skeledeer at the start of the fight and the attacker attacks the skeledeer and can't reach or damage the skeleton king and fail in the end.

How to counter such lineups?
  • DOT (Damage over time) skills
  • AOE (Area of effect) skills
  • Ranged skills
  • Special skills (attack backline, attack highest intellect)

I recommend to use a minimum of 2 of the following heroes, depending on their power.
(fill up other slots with heroes too)

Hydra
active skill: random
green skill: aoe dot

Cyclopse Shaman
active skill: aoe dot
green skill: it is used on highest intellect hero
blue skill: it is used on highest intellect hero

Ninja Dwarf
active skill: jump on Player with highest intellect
green skill: jump on Player with highest intellect

Goblin Trio
active skill: jump into backline

Dark Dracul
active skill: aoe dot
green skill: aoe

Snap Dragon
green skill: aoe dot

This is just an example.
Don't underestimate heroes with full energy in guild war and use your heroes with the right skills to counter them.
